Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, additional times of fellowship, sharing and relationship building will be provided within the class.

for In-person Core Groups, Online Core Groups and for Remote Core Groups
Our classes meets weekly during the school year, beginning in September and concluding in May.
We are a woman’s class and offer an in-person children’s ministry for Infants - High School.
In-person and virtual class members receive a course book with a commentary and home study questions.
Weekly, small group discussions and large group teaching enrich our study.
From time to time, fellowship opportunities will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.
We have on-line and in-person classes this year on Thursdays at CrossLife Community Church in Libertyville.
Infant through high school classes available along with the women's Bible Study!

Registration Fee: $40 per adult, $10 per child

Genesis is the book of beginnings, the foundation of the entire Bible. In this in-depth study, you will find profound, life-changing truths simply stated.
You will engage with the creation narratives, the consequences of mankind’s disobedience, and the first signs of God’s loving plan to bring eternal reconciliation.
Join us for a 22-week study through Genesis followed by a six week study through Colossians. How would your life change if Christ—the creator and absolute authority over everything in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, present or future—were your ultimate Source?

Next Gen Ministry
Our Libertyville Class offers a children's program open to children from birth thru High School. Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry.
Ethnos
If you’re learning to speak English as a second language, then this specialised CBS group – Ethnos – might be just perfect for you! Our cities, neighborhoods, schools and communities are multicultural, and it’s our desire to bring the life-transforming benefits of an in-depth Bible study to people whose first language is not English. We offer an in-person group Thursday mornings. Please register online and e-mail LibertyvilleCBS@gmail.com to indicate Ethnos.
